Hey guys,

I was sent the following photos as my customer would like me to replace the switch on the far left, due to the fact the indicator no longer illuminates. My supply house cannot get this for me in 24v. I looked quite thoroughly online, but I failed to find anything like it. Anyone know where I could get my hands on this item??

ppsh, wow bro, how did you find that so fast! Thank you!
I knew carling make that switch, just looked through the catalog. Figure out the part number and Google it, it may or may not be a stocked item. The listed example part number is close, but not quite it.

Often you can find parts by searching for images using your best word guesses, then right-clicking on the words under the image and open link in new tab.

I've managed to can opener those things and replace the LED or Neon bulb (you stated 24V so led or small bulb).
Consider doing the facility a solid and replacing all four, if it's an actual bulb.

Thank you Larry, I like to think I'm pretty savvy when it comes to internet searches, but this one just eluded me. Thanks for the tip! I'll have to try it next time.

10+ years ago google used to give you the info you wanted to have, now it gives you the info it wants you to have.
Try searching for data sheets for components. It will tell you where to buy them, but it will not just give you a data sheet.

Now I have to use DigiKey, which has all the components in 47 trillion different configurations, packages, pad sizes, maybe voltages, and who knows what.

Everything on the Internet is about selling something, not telling you how to use something you might have already bought.

When I use DigiKey I go to the chat and they find the part faster than I ever would be able to. I haven't had to order anything since AI chat became a thing so I don't know if you still get a person.
