Hi all, I bought a LM301 Op Amp after reading a detailed introduction article about this device, here's the link: LM301 datasheet. It doesn’t mention the alternatives of LM301. I’m not the expert at operational amplifiers...

The problem is after I got this device I found out that I got a LM301b at home already, so can these two be used interchangeably?

Thanks!

Any version of the LM301 op amp would have 8 pins unlike the LED diode Hal mentioned.
The LM301 is a commercial temperature version of the LM101 op amp designed in the late 1960's by the legendary Bob Widlar:

And like Hal indicates this is far removed from the electrical code focus of this forum.
