Can I run a feeder for each unit through the attic?

Hello,

A residential building with 1 floor, and 5 dwelling units. Each unit has an attic and there is a meter center in the corner of the building.
Can I run a feeder for each unit through the attic?
What is the NEC article?

This is done all the time. Since there is no code prohibiting the installation of feeders thru another building then it is permitted.
