Was 1975 the first NEC that required a receptacle in dwelling bathroom?

I find the requirement in 210-25(b), but there's no vertical bars in my entire 1975, and I can't find it in 1971 in 210-22(b).

I thought the style of how the changes; or as to how the changes were presented has changed in the late 80's - early 90's...

1971 - Receptacles Near Swimming Pools
1973 - Outdoor Receptacles
1975 - Bathroom Receptacles
1978 - Garage Receptacles
1981 - Whirlpools and Tubs
1987 - Receptacles Near Kitchen Sinks
1990 - Receptacles in Unfinished Basements and Crawl Spaces
1993 - Receptacles Near Wet Bar Sinks
1996 - All Kitchen Counter-Top Receptacles
2005 - Receptacles Near Laundry and Utility Sinks
