Can Teck-90 Cable be used in the USA

Can CSA rated teck-90 cable be used in the USA? This cable is similar to a MC cable but does not have a UL listing or UL type. There are similar UL listed type MC cables but not as available as tech teck-90 cables.

Only if it has a dual listing as MC or other cable type that is recognized by the NEC. If it only has a teck-90 listing, it is not suitable for used in an installation covered by the NEC, unless you can get the inspection authority to give you a 90.4 written special permission.
