Can anyone ID the manufacturer of this apartment entry intercom system from this photo? (assuming the photo appears)

That front panel may just be a dumb interface to a totally separate intellegent controller behind it.

Update: The apartment hand set says ELVOX.
What I really want to know is if the hand set can be replaced by a flush wall unit.
