Can you put MR16 and Metal halide fixture in the same switch?

Is this wrong?

How about combining fluorescent fixtures with incandescent or metal halide as long as they are using the same voltage?
 
I usually add internal fusing on my HID light fixtures. But there's nothing wrong with different lamp types on the same switch as long as ampacity limits aren't exceeded.
