I have a friend who bought a cottage in Canada. He has worked with me on numerous electrical jobs, enough to make him ask to many questions. pertaining to the canadian electrical code he tells me that they don't use any 12 wire for any circuits except for electric heat. He also says that you can't use 12 wire in kitchens that you have to use 14 wire on kitchen recept. I'm familiar with using double pole breakers and splitting the tab on the recpt. , but how many duplex recept. can you put on this double pole circuits.
