I bought Mike Holt's "Changes to the NEC 2008" but I don't see this change:

You can no longer use green tape on black wire for grounding conductors. It has to be green wire (or green with a yellow stripe).

Can anyone give me a reference for this? Thanks!

You would be looking for 250.119 and there is no real change to the article section except for the addition of the words "at the termination".

Thanks Roger...

It was a little unclear in the changes but I looked it up in the handbook. Apparently it just applies to equiment grounding conductors smaller than 6AWG.

With out looking in the book. If it is 6 or smaller it has to be green the entire lenth. Or the green with the stripe.

You beat me by a minute
