I bought Mike Holt's "Changes to the NEC 2008" but I can't find any new ruling on using black wire with green tape for a grounding conductor. I am being told that it is no longer legal and that we have to use green (or green w/ yellow stripe) for ALL grounding conductors. Can someone give me a reference for this? It doesn't seem like it could apply for anything other than branch circuits even if it's there and I missed it. Thanks!
