Remember the T250.104 is for the smallest sized grounded conductor allowed for a service. The smallest grounded conductor for a feeder would be based on 250.122.

Dennis, there is no table for 250.104. 250.104 references you back to Table 250.102(C)(1) for sizing of bonding conductors.
