I saw this this morning somewhere else. It gave me cold chills. Imagine knowing your last heartbeat just occured, and your life was over. When I read him say,..."It got me", my jaw dropped. This may have been brought up here before. It happened in '05.

Read the article and try to imagine or guess who they went after. The training should have been done with the proper PPE(clue), I agree. In law we can't determine common sense by any means I remember working at a facility once where we repaired industrial electronics. We had a report of a company that almost lost an electrician because the drive never got hi-potted, and he got nailed. The tech backed his arguement with the engineer on proper proceduring, and the engineered screamed, (yes, surrounded by many), "DO YOU NEED A PROCEDURE ON HOW TO WIPE YOUR *SS !!!!

Wow. I would think PPE requirements would be listed in other places...like OSHA, or NFPA. Man, I'm glad I have a little common sense!
