I just recieved prints today for a job. They show outlets above a suspended ceiling for signs to be plugged into. I know this is a violation to the NEC just can't remember what section. Thank you.

Not a violation to install them, just dont use them.

Thank you very much. I knew it wasn't that the receptacle couldn't be there and it was an issue with the cord I just kept overlooking the section I needed. Again thank you.
