Capacitor Trip Device

Does anyone have a favorite brand of Capacitor Trip Device for use with NEMA shunt trip breakers. ?

Output should be about 170VDC & about 21 joules -- for starters.

Or a brand to avoid. PM me if you like on this one.

GE or Siemens

Do a search for capacitor trip devices. GE and Siemens appear to make them. GE makes several sizes. The size you need depends on the breaker you are tripping and the trip coil power requirements. I would assume that manufacturer literature provides sizing recommendations.
