captive metal retaining clip for device screws

If a device such as duplex outlet is installed, and has black fiber retaining washers on the 6/32 screws,
Is there a after market metal retaining clip that can be added to bring that device to code standards, rather that using the grounding screw, with wire to metal box?

The only thing I know of is Self grounding outlets which come with a clip foctory riveted.

If there was such a clip, it would cost as much as the receptacle.
