Can someone please tell me what the correct spacing is for securing this inner duct with 2 hole straps. How far away from the mounting box (low voltage) should 1st clamp be, what is the spacing of the securing clamps on the main run and finally - this is 3/4" Resi-gard - how big should the entrance hole be in order to properly fill around it with a fire-proof caulk? This is for new home construction running through 2x4s - This duct will house Cat5, Cat6 and RG-6 cables. Thanks in Advance, Tom

Its not a code issue other than it has to be securely fastened. See section 90.3
Fireproofing is more a building code requirement than the NEC.
