CAT 3 phone jack

I normally don't do any cat wiring or any data work at all except the J-hooks and the conduit for the computer guys.

Long story short I need to make the phone jack in my kitchen (old RJ11) a new CAT 3 style jack. I'm using the Panduit Keystone wallplate kit, without any instructions. Tried online for a cutsheet and could'nt find what find what I'm looking for.

Any help is allways appreciated.
