Cat/ Dog Animal Shelter Codes?

Hi Everyone,

I was curious to know if the NEC has any special requirements for Dog/ Cat Animal Shelters? I know for livestock and poultry there are equipotential plane concerns and possible hazardous locations. However, not positive this to be the case for domestic pets. This is a government project for the county and I am trying to find out if they have special terms or requirements as the AHJ also. I would welcome any questions or advice. Thx.

None as long as you use the proper wiring method for the environment.

If it's government why no drawings? Design build?
Anything gov. around here is bid, with minority minimums, spec. book, plans, walk through. No more bid free work.

It is bid work. And when I was looking at the drawings I didn't see anything that would indicate any special rules or install methods. Nothing in the spec books either. So just to be sure, I thought I would ask the most knowledgeable people I know of. I sincerely appreciate the help, as always.
