That said, if the power is a cable that does not require a raceway, such as UF or MC, you can argue that the CAT5 is OK, especially if you configure the "raceway" as just a sheath instead. (I.E. no boxes on the ends, just stub ups.
Or you can put an innerduct inside the raceway to separate the two uses.

I used to run a good bit of CAT5e/CAT6. We usually tried to stay away from power if possible (as well as fire alarm, sprinkler pipe, etc...), the reason being is that ethernet cables can pick up induction (interference/crosstalk) from running too close to power over distance. However, this was for commercial work generally.
Now, in a residential setting and considering a shorter length run, it might not be too much of an issue, I'll leave that up to your discretion. Shielded cable may help. Cheers

and not to nitpick, but I'd be highly surprised if you have cat5 cable, which has been obsolete and unavailable for many years. cat5e, yes. and yes, you can run it with the feeder, tho you cannot strap the cat5e to it (common violation seen everywhere).
