Local Cable company installed a lateral to our building ,for broadband drove a ground rod and left it at that.We are having them come back and bond to our service ground 800.100(C).my question, Is there ground wire from there box on the side of the building to there ground rod required to be insulated? I've looked for it but haven't found anything in the code.Thanks
