CEE ground

Took over a partial job. CEE is sticking out from the side of the foundation. Figure i need to slit concrete and tuck inside to grounding bar, or, should i just run it inside my ct cabinet to my mdp?

I would just connect electrode conductor to what you have sticking out. Also the conductor for CEE doesn't need to be larger than 4 copper.

The GEC can connect to the neutral in the CT cabinet if the POCO allows it.
