Bathroom exhaust fan wiring problem.

Two black wires, one red wire, one white, and one green, come out if the conduit. One black wire has yellow tape around it.

I connected white to white, green to green, and black to black with yellow tape. The fan didn’t operate.

If I should connect black to black (without yellow tape), what do I do with the red? Or should I connect the red to black?
