Ceiling fan box for ^ peak of ceiling???

I have a customer that swears he has seen a ceiling fan box/ceiling fan that sits nice and snug in the peak or ^ of a peaked ceiling. Has anybody seen such a beast? if not maybe I'll patent one. I cant see how there is one due to all of the different angles of different ceiling slopes.
 
Sorry, I should have been more specific. This is for old existing work with attic access. Would this product or something similar still work. Thanks for the input, I have mostly worked in industrial and commercial.

I know it sounds strange, but true. The house has a huge attic with access to the peak of the bedroom.
 
Sorry to beat this topic to death, but do you think that product would work out ok with attic access.
