I'm doing a clean room where every ceiling tile is actually a fan filter unit ("cleanseal 800"). I have 648 in the room.
I cant find a great cut sheet on the product but it appears it has a built in switch. Does this cover the requirements of 430 part 9?
I cant seems to find anywhere that says the disconnecting means has to be separate and cant be built in.

Second question would be, if the unit doesn't come with a built in switch, would I be required to have a disconnecting means in sight of the unit? I'm assuming yes but wasn't sure if there are any exceptions I'm not aware of.
