Ceiling Fan Help

Not sure why, but I'm locking-up on how to wire a ceiling fan with the fan and oscillation feature. It's a Bentley II from Home Depot. There's a video that shows that the switch needs a hot and ground and then two travelers (they show red and black) to the ceiling box. The ceiling box needs a neutral and and ground and the two travelers from the switch. For the life of me I can't figure out how to convert that configuration to Romex. Should I pull 12/3 from the switch to the ceiling box and 12/2 to the switch? Also, where does the neutral in the ceiling box terminate? Here are some images that I clipped from the video that might make it easier to understand:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
