Ceiling Fan Hummmmmm

I installed a bunch of ceiling fans that work off a 4 position ceiling fan dimmer switch ( made for ceiling Fans Leviton). All the Fans Hum when it is quiet in the house. Of course the new home owners are not happy. Help with out changing the fans out and the dimmers too. Coil and cap to filter out the hum, is that a possibility?

did you try to use the dehummer verison ?? it will make the diffrence with it.
