The ceiling fan canopy is at large enough for the remote control module box receiver to fit in. What are some solutions?

The module usually fits in the canopy and the fan box, not the canopy alone. What does the manufacture instructions say?

I never found a canopy yet that an add on reciver would not fit into, most just slide through the fan bracket, but with some fans like Hunter it just lays in the canopy, just remember to rought the supply wires or tails on the right side of the reciver before sliding it in or you will be doing it again. Hey! that rymed:roll:

also trim the wires so you don't have so much to try to stuff into the box and use the smaller wire nuts, it all make for an eaiser install.

Nothing like trying to get that canopy back up with all those long wires poping out.

There's nothing quite so frustrating as struggling with one of those Hunter canopy's that take three hands to install, only to find out once you have it up that the remote control antenna wire is sticking out the other side.

I won't correct your spelling, but I do find it amusing. :)
