Ceiling fan speed control switch with integrated timer?

Ceiling fan speed control switch with integrated timer? Anyone ever run into one of these. I had thought about just installing a timer switch upstream from the varible speed fan switch but i would rather just have one switch with both combined. Thanks

Fantech has a couple controls for this, but I have only seen them at the supply house, couldn't personally think of a use for them. Sorry don't know model numbers off the top of my head.
