Can You use ceiling grid hanging wire to support your wire or do you have to supply your own.

Garrisonm1 in Dallas Texas. we are required to supply our own ceiling grid wires to support electrical material, mc cable as an example, we then have to mark each grid wire, with paint and the grid wire has to be supported at both ends, building steel and the grid itself, but as I have stated in other posts and as Don states, there are differant rules in every jurisdiction, it would be a good idea to call your local inspector and check with him.
