Cell Site Pole with Stadium Lighting

Mixing power and light with wireless commmunications wiring in the same light pole. Do you use 830.133 A(1)(c) Exception 1, which allows separation by a permanent barrier or listed divider? Can you use MC for the lighting power and not violate NEC?

A lighting pole is considered a raceway per Article 410.
Separation is required.
For example, MC cable, or any chapter 3 wiring method can be used, Support is requiredm=, however, I would consider the wiring "fished"
