Are you talking about the new "Easy Trim" for the 20" wide commercial panels? They're really super nice. I havn't noticed the regular CH covers being thin. How long has this been? Oakey said:I dunno about the 20" comm panels but I did a residential CH 100 to 200 amp service upgrade on Sat, when I installed breakers across from each other the opposing breaker would continually pop out. It was only the first few rows doing this and when I installed them lower on the bus by itself it was fine. As said..must be the new copper bus. A big PITA
