Challenger Panel

Has anyone heard of an Challenger Panel. My son in Colorado has rented business space in a shopping center. He just called and said his panel is a Challenger. I have never heard or worked in one but there are a lot of things I have not heard of.

Challenger,Westinghouse, Cutler hammer,and Bryant are all the same and are interchangeable. Who knows what mergers or buy outs will happen in the future to further expand the list.

That's the BR type of Cutler-Hammer, not the CH type, of course.
 
The first thing that comes to mind when I hear the word challenger is "Challenger, go with throttle up"...you know the rest of the story.

I was on a construction site, one of the labors came in and told us on the job. I am not sure why it made such an impression, sad things happen all the time.
