Chandelier hoist

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a chandelier hoist for a residential application? I’ll be looking at the job tomorrow so I don’t have many details but would like to have a little information before going. Im not finding many options online.

Just a point of info, I believe Aladdin makes these lifts in 300 lb. and 400 lb. capacities. If you're not sure how heavy a chandelier your customer is going to want installed get the 400 lb. unit. The last one I installed my customer said she didn't think the chandelier would be anywhere near 300 lbs. Turned out, she bought one that was 285 lbs with lots of glass crystals. Now, when I do any service work in her house I walk into the front foyer and hug the wall while walking around like Peter Lorre in a cloak and dagger movie.
