Anyone know of a good change order contract template? I have my standard contracts but I can already forsee changes on upcoming job and this is a new GC I'll be dealing with. I'm not overly concerned with him as I have other tradesmen friends that work with him but need my ducks in a row. I have my new const. contracts and use invoices to go for service work but could use a good quality change order agreement contract as well. Thanks in advance
