have an existing 3 phase service, but now the power company is doing away with the 3 phase and putting in a 1 phase to this 3 unit apartment, can the 3 phase panel stay and only use 2 legs of the panel, as long as 1 phase is capable of full load, and no there are not 3 phase loads and all equipment will run off 240v that are now 208v? Code references please.
