Cheap rv/camper outlet on amazon… neutral all tied together

Amazon, Wayfair, Temu, possibly some even can be found at big box stores, though majority of them I've seen have some listing but make you wonder if valid or how they ever got a listing.

One the worst ones I've seen in a few different variations lately has been vanity mirrors with back/perimeter lighting incorporated into them or towel warming racks.
 
They use both blue and black wires for neutral and red and blue wires for hot. They have two wires under one screw for the ground on the two large outlets. A 20 amp outlet on a 25 amp breaker, a 30 amp outlet on a 32 amp breaker and a 50 amp outlet on a 63 amp breaker.
I can't imagine why it does not have UL listing.

No wonder not listed. Blue and Black on neutral?
Overall just sounds like it screams "DO NOT USE" "RETURN TO SENDER"

The one I had seen (with NEMA style breakers) had all black ungrounded conductors as well as white or green where it was supposed to.
