I believe a 10 gang is a special order item. Usually I see up to 6 gang and anything larger is a special order. Of course, someone will prove me wrong.

Saw a 13 gang sw cover at a hospital cafeteria.

Most of the big companies (Mulberry, P&S, Leviton) will custom make a plate to your specs....so if you want a 12 gang plate with 5 GFI openings, and the rest toggle, they will make it, or whatever else you dream of.

Of course the big issues are lead time, and of course $$$.

IMO going over say, 5 gangs shows a lack of imagination.

Get a contactor, a lighting controller etc.
