Checking Loading on transformer

We have an older 3-ph 480v /208v 30kva transformer, that I'm trying to check loading on. I'm getting loads of 60a/45a/25a at the distribution panel at the output side. What should I be looking for maximum loading?

The full load current on the 208 volt secondary of a 30KVA transformer is about 83 amps. So you are not overloaded. But the loads are very poorly balanced. That is not going to cause a failure, so long as the total load is so far below the rated load. But if you add more load, be careful to have it added to the phases that are less loaded now, so that you get closer to an overall balance.

If I understant you correctly, If we add loads to the lower amp legs to say hve an average of 60a / leg. (60a/60a/60a)this transformer should be fine?
