Basically everywhere.
You should not be even stocking anything else for residential application as replacemets are a requirement also.

406.11 Tamper-Resistant Receptacles in Dwelling Units. Changed from 2005

406.11: Added a requirement for tamper-resistant 15- and 20-ampere, 125 volt receptacles in dwelling units.


In all areas specified in 210.52, all 125-volt, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles shall be listed tamper-resistant receptacles

This was also something that was added in 2008 NEC if I remember correctly, so unless you were in a place that is behind on adopting current editions or doing very little for residential installations since then you probably should have found out about it some time ago.;)
