Chiller Demand

I have a building will be servied with:
4 chillers 42kw ea
2 secondary water pumps @ 10HP ea
2 chilled water pump @ 20HP ea
2 water heater @ 50kw ea
what will be the demand factor that will apply to these Loads..where I can find that in the code

Who sized these chillers, and by what method were they sized? Are they for comfort cooling or process cooling? They conceivably could run 24/7, you see.
