Chiller module disconnect switch within sight

We will be installing chiller modules and they have an internal disconnect switch as seen below circled in blue:



Does this satisfy code saying that we need a disconnect switch within sight of the equipment? Or do I need another disconnect switch next to it external of the equipment?

As far as the NEC is concerned it appears that the unit switch satisfies the disconnect requirement.
