We are installing a new chiller with following specs.

Max is 1200 amps

Trip overload is 620 amps

Min circuit amp capacity is 731

Voltage is 540-635 BAC

60 hz

Rated at 575

What suggestions as far as max ocpd and parallell wire feeders. 3 sets or 4 sets Thanks hope I provided enough information.

2 sets of 500kCMIL minimum without considering voltage drop.

Although I often like to size the wire to match the upstream breaker trip value.
