They should know not to install anything electrical where there are chlorine vapors. It eats just about anything metal including a lot of "stainless" steels.
There are really only a few options. The most obvious is not to install outlets in this area.
If you have to install outlets there, you might try trying to improve the ventilation and/or reduce the level of fumes.
I have seen varying degrees of success using air purging to keep fumes away from electrical equipment. I suppose you could try to pressurize the other end of the conduit that feeds these outlets.
