Which FA system is easiest to install for a 3 story building with smoke detectors, strobes, pull stations. Their will be sprinklers in the building. It's kind of like a Barnes and Nobile but much smaller. It will have a coffe shop. etc...
It's a 3 story building about 7500Sq ft.
Their are no inspections in this county. I just want one that works good and is simple. It will need to be hooked to the alarm to make a call on its own. Their will be no sleeping in this building.

A FireLite MS5-UD should be good for you. It has 5 conventional zone inputs and 4 notification outputs. Each floor is a both an input and output zone; don't cross from one floor to another with a zone. Make sure you take into account whether or not CO detection is required. If so, you may want to consider an addressable panel such as the Silent Knight 6808 for greater flexibility. Neither panel is proprietary.

Thanks CO is required on the prints

Check to see if they'll accept single station CO alarms. If "yes", a trip to Home Depot is the answer. If "no", well, things get complicated.
I am pretty sure they will. Is that just a hard wired 120V CO detector.

I have piped a many of FAs, but ussually others wire them.
