I've got a customer requiring all our AC conduit Meyer's hubs be bonded with a minimum #8 copper.
these are 15-30 amp, 120/208 volt circuits in GRC connecting to Nema 4/12 enclosures.
He is citing 250.102(C) specifically and 250.100 generally.
I agree the hubs must be bonded with an EGC, but don't agree with the #8 minimum.
thoughts?

You're on the load side of the service not line side.
Look at table 250.122...#8 is not required for 20-30A circuits.

any others with an position on the issue, I was appreciate a few more replies as I may share this with my customer as support for my position.

You need to look at Art 501.30. Art 102.102(C)(1) has nothing to do with your scenario-- this is mainly for service entrance conductors. You are downstream, off a LV distribution panel branch circuit at 120/208V
