I need help here. In high school I was in Industrial Electronics and we had this game or educational toy that had different circuits you could make up and make the bell ring or the light come on and so forth. I am wanting to find one for my son but i dont even know what it is called or where to get one. any help would be appreciated

Maybe a poll.....?

Maybe a poll.....?

Just a basic question. What got you all started in the field? I had these construction kits when I was young. I cut a cord to the TV that about threw me across the room when I was three. I followed in my Dad's shoes all growing up that a good man/woman could figure out their problems on their own if you sought it hard enough. I learned to love electrical work so greatly because it can be manipulated in so many ways. I adored it, the interest got the best of me. Lightning always fascinated me on how it occured.

How did the rest of you come to love the field so much that that is what you devoted your life to?????

the one i have was from radio shack. similar to the one 480 posted but it was black and had green wires you would terminate under a threaded post and twist down the plastic connector thing. it came with a bunch of little projects you could do
