Are you using the ideal 61-534 ?
I heard from another electrician who has been using it and said," it was great'awsome and priced under $100

Any pros cons with yours? Any Helpful Info?

I have the first generation of Ideal's 61-534. Mine was simply called "E-Z Check Plus Circuit Identifier" back then, It has the adjustable dial for sensitivity control, I works awesome, most of the time. Sometimes if I get into a "noisy" panel, the receiver goes schizoid and you have to finesse the sensitivity to zero in on the correct breaker. Maybe the newer ones don't have that problem. But I'll honestly say, this was a good investment and a real time saver. I would go with the 61-534 as a replacement, given the success I've had with this one.

I use the Ideal and it works great. I would say it's correct about 97% of the time. Sometimes the way wires are run it's almost impossible to get a clear signal.

You do need to let it "learn" the panel. Meaning you need to scan the breakers at least two times. This cuts out the false signals. I usually scan it at least three times. Doesn't take but a minute to do a scan. It's a lot faster than getting the wrong breaker and making multiple trips back & forth.
