Circuit Breaker Type.

Does anybody know what the breaker type/cat. this may be? I know it's about impossible to tell, but I'm hoping for the most likely model.

I would guess it may be TQD based on a nearby GE 150A TQD CB in a different panel, although they are cosmetically different. I don't have the experience.

The breaker type might be in that tiny font on the panel. They include acceptable breakers in the tiny font.

Not to mention the manufacturer would list breakers that are okay to be installed in that panel online if you grab the panel model number.
 
Unfortunately the acceptance breakers aren't on that sticker; Perhaps another. I won't be back onsite any time soon.
It looks like it is either a TQD, or THQD, and I would venture to guess it is a TQD based on this facilities other similar breakers (also GE's literature on Series A panels states "225A-TQD, THQD, SF, FE").
