I have an existing 3 pole breaker feeding a 3 phase 208 volt receptacle. The 3 phase receptacle is no longer needed; it must be replaced with a single phase 208 volt receptacle. Can one wire be removed from the 3 pole breaker and feed the single phase receptacle, without replacing it with a 2 pole breaker
