Circuit breakers nominations

Dear All,

i would like please to know what is the difference between Ics,Icu,Icw and Icm for a circuit breaker.

Icw: Withstand capacity (usually in kA for 1 sec)

So Icu can occur only two times and after that the breaker has to be replaced but regarding Ics after the third time it has to be replaced necessarily too?or it can be left noramlly and not replaced?
